Mogadishu,(insidesomalia.org)- Somali Prime Minister Nur Hassan Hussein said on Friday that his government plan has dialogue with Al-Shabaab Insurgent group fighting Somali government and Ethiopian troops in the capital.

In an interview with VOA Somali service, the prime minister said the insurgents have the right to express their opinion.

"The insurgents are Somali citizens and have the same rights with the other Somali citizen, we ought to talks and discuss with them" said the premier.

Somali Prime Minister has shown that he and President Yusuf disagree on reconciliation approach.

President Yusuf has maintained his hardline stance on negotiating with "extremist groups," whom he considers terrorists intent on overthrowing his Ethiopian-backed interim government.

By contrast, Prime Minister Nur Adde has repeatedly appealed to all members of the opposition to negotiate with the government in the elusive search for lasting peace in Somalia.

Leaders from the AlShabaab insurgents group repeatedly say that they will not had dialogue with the government until Ethiopian troops withdrew from Somalia.

Ethiopian troops arrived in Somalia on December 2006 and supported government troops oust Union of Islamic Courts from Mogadishu and many parts of south Somalia.
